The only condition that may make the part not eligible for warranty is physical or internal damage.
– Batteries
All our batteries come with a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers any defects that may occur with the battery within a year of purchase as long as there is no physical damage to the battery. You can return the battery to us within the 12 month period for a replacement.
– Tools
All tools that we sell come with a 30 day warranty period. This covers any manufacturing defects with the tools and the product can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for a replacement.
– Pre-Owned Devices
Our pre-owned devices come with a 30 day warranty. This covers any defects that may occur with the device within 30 days of purchase. When returning the device, please make sure to remove any personal data, iCloud information, Google account, or any other data on the device. The return will then be replaced.
